Every class I teach includes a Sound Bath

During a sound bath, participants often lie on their backs while a sound healing practitioner facilitates the experience. The practitioner may use instruments like crystal quartz singing bowls or gongs that vibrate at specific frequencies to interact with the body's energy centers.

Sound baths are known to have many benefits, including:

  • Improved sleep: Sound baths can help you relax, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your body's natural rhythms.
  • Reduced stress and anxiety: Sound baths can help lower stress hormones and reduce tension and sadness.
